The crinkle pattern it cuts is so deep and even that my fries actually look like they came from a fancy restaurant. I’ve run three potatoes through it already and it hasn’t skipped a beat.
I spent way too long this afternoon just making waffle-cut fries from a single potato because it's honestly fun to use. The blade is sharp enough that it goes through without much force, and the wavy slices come out super uniform every time. It's turned into my favorite kitchen gadget.
